We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The breakfast was adequate and met our needs. We also appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel and its facilities. The location was ideal as there were food outlets and restaurants nearby.

the room we had included a mini bar, a flat-screen tv with cable channels and climate control. the staff were very very helpful and amicable and provided excellent service.

The rooms here were pretty spacious and had a modern touch. It was great to have a shower, a bidet, and nice fluffy bath sheets 🛁.

This hotel offers great value for money with reasonable prices and attention to detail. The location is fantastic, being near everything at Dataran Templer and just a few steps away from Nasi Lemak Royale. It's perfect for food lovers as it is near food outlets, food court and restaurants. The staff provides excellent service and the basic amenities are in good condition. Additionally, the rooms come with balconies, which is a nice touch. my stay was enjoyable and the breakfast provided was satisfactory.

The hotel is at a great location, walking distance to local attractions and local restaurants. the wifi is fast and the room is clean with a pleasant smell. the front desk staff were exceptional, offering clear guidance with a welcoming smile. they provided complementary items that were appreciated.

The cafe next to the hotel seemed to lack great customer service. Some of the staff appeared annoyed and the food took a long time to arrive.
